June2022

A good month. Two published works at the end of May and first week of June. Both are literary (not my usual fare.

The first, a story called, “A Prediction of Rain,” published by the Novus Literary Arts Journal, was a bit floating around in various incarnations for a few years. Quite pleased with the layout and presentaion they did.

The second piece, titled, “Ghost BIke,” was published by Onyx Publications, another that made the rounds before finding a home at their little lit mag and podcast. Melissa and JW do a stellar job with presentation and the podcast. Humbled by the quality of the presentation.

And June has brought more shootings, more crazed politics and sometimes it feels like the mountain keeps falling on us. Yet we are healthy, and that is a precious thing, I’ve learned as we get older and we are also blessed with incredible friends and two great adult children.
